Brit was born and raised in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Geographic Information Systems. After college, he moved to Philadelphia to become a full-time entrepreneur. He then decided to move back to his hometown area to be closer to his family and to join the Rebecca Foote Mortgage Team. Brit has since spun off from the Rebecca Foote Mortgage Team to build his own client base.

Outside of work Brit enjoys fishing, rockhounding, technical trading of foreign exchange and common indices, traveling around the United States (42 states down), and listening to music.
